Student Information Instructor Information. Back to Top.World Truth TV reports:. What is F. This agency has powers and authority that go well beyond any other agency in the nation. What can FEMA do? It can move entire populations. It can arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and can hold them without a trial. It can seize property, food supplies, and transportation systems. These disasters consisted of earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes. It has been given the responsibility for many new national disasters such as forest fires, home heating emergencies, refugee situations, riots, and emergency planning for nuclear and toxic incidents.

It works together with the Sixth Army in the West. It does not matter whether an EO is Constitutional or not, it becomes a law simply by being published in the Federal Registry.

These orders go around Congress. There over prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population.

Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20, prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska.

The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. National Security Act of Act of August 29, International Emergency Economic Powers Act. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in The only people that were allowed to enter the premises were ones who had a red Christian cross on their shirt.

The exercise required the following. Suspension of the Constitution of the United States. Turning control of the government over to FEMA. Appointment of military commanders to run state and local governments.

Declaration of Martial Law. Here is what I have found so far, and we will continue to update this list, for now, check out your state. Be sure to include the address of the facility! The photos below are from Nebraska. While this might seem like a relatively minor development, it is actually very serious considering the preparations the U. FEMA has already come a long way in establishing their concentration camp system, and they are planning to use railways to transport huge numbers of people to these facilities.

What I currently see happening is the refurbishing of old, obsolete tracks to desolate places. Tracks that were abandoned and left overgrown with weeds because of little or no business, are now being rebuilt.

This is quite an expense. Who's paying for this, and why? While FEMA may claim this plan is designed only to help people, can this really be believed? Looking back in history, the Nazis used trains to transport large groups of Jews to the concentration camps where many of them were put to death. It appears as if FEMA is following the NAZI example and setting up a similar transportation system that could take not just people facing natural disasters, but people of all sorts to these concentration camps.

This may be something "hidden in plain view". What more efficient way, for transporting massive numbers of people to concentration camps is there? Both Hitler and Stalin have demonstrated this efficiency.

An over the road semi can carry a lot of people, but a train can carry times as many to a railhead in, or near, a Camp. FEMA showing interest in trains should send shivers up your spine. The U. But now we should put trust in them with these planned train evacuations? In fact, the true purpose of FEMA is not to help people during an emergency, but instead to ensure government continuity and be the administrative and executive arm of the government during a martial law scenario.

During the Iran Contra hearings in the s, the existence of a plan called Readiness Exercise 84 Rex 84 was revealed. Rex 84 outlined a plan for concentration camps which would be placed under the operational control of FEMA should martial law need to be implemented. It is a matter of public record that a number of these concentration camps do exist. In fact there are reports indicating that there are hundreds of these FEMA run concentration camps.

Video of these concentration camps indicate they have fences with barbed wire pointing inward so people that are in the camps are unable to get out. Also, remember that all of these concentration camps are accessible via rail, which will allow them to conveniently transport large amounts of people into these facilities. The fact that we already have concentration camps in the United States, all of which are accessible by rail, makes it obvious what our government has in mind.

They need to have this system in place to transport large amounts of people to these concentration camps during a nationwide crackdown on dissidents. All the evidence indicates that this concentration camp system is comparable to what the Nazis setup in Germany.

It is one more part of a puzzle coming together, for use in our time. All it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Millions of names. Names of people they consider enemies of the state for exposing their evil plans. I ask that everything you read, look around at and see, question how it fits into all of this.
